I guess I should persevere and hear some symphonies by the 'best of the rest' so I'll try and seek them out. I just need to get out of the mind set of comparing them to Mozart. :) - - - Rich in Exeter
I should also. What I've heard so far from Michael Haydn's symphonies and duos I would describe as, well, B-O-R-I-N-G.
