Thank you for posting the link on the death of Ms Allanbrook. I receive The New York Times Friday-Sunday, so I didn't read the July 15, 2010 Thursday edition. I tried to order her book from amazon.com and it seems is out of print because it is only availabe for purchase from different sellers starting at $ 199.95. I will be buying this book when becomes available from amazon.com or others online book retailers.
