Default What does Mozart's music mean to us?

I’m a member of this forum since October the 7th 2007 and have already started no less than eleven (sic!) threads. That’s enough. But I start just one more though, the last one. Some of those threads became in my opinion nice ones.

The reason of my membership was and is in the first place to ‘talk’ about Mozart’s music itself and about what his music does to us. So I’m going to bother you again – but for the last time – by asking you some questions which are of quite some interest I think:

what does Mozart’s music mean to you; what is it’s influence on your personal life and what makes it so special, more than other composers’ music? With other words: what is the emotional (or spiritual or otherwise) impact of Mozart’s music on you?

May be those questions are hard to answer and may be for some of us too personal, but if you are willing to answer them yet, it would be very nice.

Kees
